Meditation For All

Set Your Inner Self Free

Dear Gary, when I spoke to Bramacharya Bhaktananda when I was young I told him that I could see the spiritual eye and he said that I was experiencing various stages of samadhi. What usually happens with a good meditation is that I see the spiritual eye and concentrate on the white star within the royal blue and the golden circle. When I continue to concentrate I am bathed in a brilliant white light throbbing with swirling rays. Do you know if I have then gone through the spiritual eye and died to the material body? The kriya breath ceases for awhile. Your thoughts are appreciated. Kindest regards, Sharon K.

Namasti Sharon,

In Samadhi, the gross physical body is at rest and of no concern. Atman (soul ) & your conciousness, is yoked to the God Head in a spiritual bliss of adoration and wonderment when your soul and god conciousness elevate you to your proper position among the Devotees and Ascended Masters. This has often been pictured as hundreds of buddahs and thousands of devotees in translucent bubbles rising and descending in a Sea Of God Conciousness Illumination showered by the Gift Waves of each other up toThe Christ and lifting the Earth bound below. You are the many rays of the One Light and individual expressions of God
